I think that this musical selection fits the book Deal Breaker because of the mood of the song. In the book there are many ups and downs. The characters often go from being happy to being sad or from feeling anxious to being depressed. So, because of that I think this song choice fits perfectly with the book. One example would be when the main character Myron found out that his old friend might still be alive, but before this he was very happy and exuberant.
